I see that the Canadian Military History book review issue for 2007 is a spring issue, no autumn. The citations you list here aren't in the spring 2007 issue. Am I missing something?

No, not that I'm aware of. Unfortunately, I'm not able to put my hands on the issue at this time. I do recall it was the only issue of the book review supplement I'd seen for some time.
