The Prince Albert Military Memorial Project
Karen Longwell, a reporter with the Prince Albert Daily Herald reported a while back about a local "Project initiated to remember Prince Albert military". Launched by Lieutenant-Colonel Malcolm Young, commanding officer of The North Saskatchewan Regiment and The Royal Regina Rifles, the Prince Albert Military Memorial Project "aims to gather information on all military personnel from any time period in Prince Albert and area. This includes service in the army, air force and navy. The aim is to get a concise list of all who served in the military - their names and their stories." LCol Young welcomes information from anyone at youngcma@sasktel.net or at 306-934-8529.
